By using Stage Locate, you agree not to:
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access, extract, or interact with any part of the Platform
Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with rate limits, access controls, or other security features
Use the Platform for any commercial data extraction or resale purposes
Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account
Engage in any activity that could impair the functionality, security, or accessibility of the Platform
Unauthorized access, scraping, or abuse of the Platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination, IP bans, and legal action, including civil or criminal prosecution where applicable.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All branding, design, layout, and structure of the Stage Locate Platform are the intellectual property of Stage Locate, LLC. While we do not claim ownership over externally sourced competition data, the way that data is collected, organized, presented, and maintained represents a substantial investment of time, expertise, and effort.
Reproducing, copying, or redistributing any portion of the Platform — whether manually or through automation — is strictly prohibited. Attempting to replicate, resell, or scrape the curated information found here is a violation of these Terms and will be treated as a serious infringement. We take unauthorized use seriously and will pursue appropriate legal action against any party found to be misusing or misappropriating content from Stage Locate.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Stage Locate, LLC provides the Platform and its content on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of any information provided. You use the Platform at your own risk.
We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, and we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Event listings, dates, and other information are subject to change without notice and should be independently verified.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stage Locate, LLC and its officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
In any event, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the use of Stage Locate shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Stage Locate, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the site. If we make material changes, we may also notify registered users via email or prominent site notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We also reserve the right to introduce new features, restrict certain services to registered users, or implement subscription-based access in the future.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using the Platform, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
